2012 Rental Rates
- Weekly rentals are from Friday – Friday

Rates based on 10 persons – $10 per extra person per night or $70 per week
(A) PRIME SUMMER RENTAL RATES - The rental week of Memorial Day weekend (May 25th) through the rental week of Labor Day weekend (August 31st)- rented by the week only (Rates based on 10 persons – $10 per extra person per night or $70 per week)
- $1395 – one week (40% deposit $558)
- $2690 - two week rental (40% deposit $1076)
- Call for rates on more than two week
*40% deposit is due at time of reservation
(B) PRIME WINTER RENTAL RATES - December 30th through March 16th - rented by the week or minimum of three nights stay (Rates based on 10 persons – $10 per extra person per night or $70 per week)
- $1275 – one week (40% deposit $510)
- $2450 – two week rental (40% deposit $980)
- Call for rates on more than two weeks
- *40% deposit is due at time of reservation
Three night stay – $705 (40% deposit $282)
(C) NON-PRIME SPRING AND FALL RENTAL RATES -May 4th to the week on Memorial Day (May 25th) & after the week of Labor day (September 7th) to October 26th - rented by the week or minimum of three nights stay (Rates based on 10 persons – $10 per extra person per night or $70 per week)
- $1175 – one week (40% deposit $470)
- $2250 – two week rental (40% deposit $900)

Three night stay – $705 (40% deposit $282)
(D) SPECIAL OFF-SEASON WEEKLY & NIGHTLY RENTAL RATES – March 16th through May 4th and October 26th through December 28th - rented by the week or a minimum of two nights - (Rates based on FIVE (5) persons – $10 per extra person per night or $70 per week)
- $950 – one week (40% deposit $380)
- $1800 – two week rental (40% deposit $720)

Two Night Stay – $380 (40% deposit $152)
WATERCRAFT RENTALS – - Available during PRIME SUMMER RENTALS (A) and NON-PRIME SPRING AND FALL RENTALS (C).
- 18 ft. pontoon – 28hp Evenrud – $375/wk (40% deposit $180/wk) (includes 12 gallons of premixed gas and life vests)
- 20 ft. pontoon – 28hp Johnson – $475/wk (40% deposit $180/wk) (includes 12 gallons of premixed gas and life vests)
- Coleman canoe with paddles & life vests – $75/wk (40% deposit $30/wk)
- 14 ft. Northwood aluminum boat with ores - $75/wk (40% deposit $30/wk) (rated for 15 hp motor)
During NON-PRIME WEEKS, watercraft are available to rent for the length of time the cabin is rented at a rate of 20% of the weekly rate per day. It is recommended that the above watercraft be reserved ahead of time to ensure availability. Life preservers are included with rental equal to the number of persons renting the cabin.

STAYS LESS THEN A WEEK - During non-prime spring and fall weeks (C), the cabin is available for a minimum of three (3) night stay and is rented at a rate of 20% of the non-prime weekly rate per night. During off-season weeks (D), the cabin is available for a minimum of a two (2) night stay and is rented at a rate of 20% of the off-season weekly rate per night. The day of the week for check-in and check-out may vary but check-in is at 5:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 noon.
MAKING THE RESERVATION – If the dates you desire are available, you will be “penciled-in” until your reservation deposit equal to 40% of the total rental is received to make your reservation official (refer to the above rental rates). The check MUST be received within five (5) business days or your name will be taken off the reservation calendar. Reservation deposits are refundable with a 60-day cancellation notice.
RENTAL AGREEMENT - A confirmation letter, rental agreement and check-in information will then be mailed with instructions. The remaining rental amount plus a $500 damage deposit is due one week prior to check-in. The damage deposit is completely refundable – provided, of course, there is no damage other then normal wear and tear!
Please note: the rental demand is high, so our policy is “first check received, first-served” for given dates. If we have not received your reservation deposit check within five business days and another party is interested in your dates, we will consider those dates available.
Small housebroke well-trained dogs permitted/NO cats. There is a $10/day fee per dog.
Lake Home is Smoke Free – Smoking permitted outdoors only.
