2010 Rental Rates
Weekly rentals are from Friday – Friday
Check In 5:30 pm – Check Out 12:00 (noon)
Call for special arrangements for checking in and out on Holiday Weekends
Rates based on 10 persons – $10 per extra person per night or $70 per week
IN-SEASON RENTAL RATES (rented by the week only)
The week of Memorial Day weekend through the week of Labor Day weekend
• $1300 – one week (40% deposit $520)
• $2450 - two week rental (40% deposit $1000)
• $3600 – three week rental (40% deposit $1480)
• $4800 – four week rental (40% deposit $1960)

NON-PRIME WEEKLY RENTAL RATES
May 1st until the week of Memorial day weekend; After Labor Day week through October 31st:
• $1100 – one week (40% deposit $440)
• $2100 – two week rental (40% deposit $840)
• $3100 – three week rental (40% deposit $1240)
• $4100 – four week rental (40% deposit $1640)
*deposit is due at time of reservation
NON-PRIME 3-DAY WEEKEND RENTAL RATE
May 1st until week of Memorial Day weekend; After Labor Day week through October 31st:
• $660 (40% deposit $264)

During non-prime weeks, the cabin is available for 3-day weekends with a minimum of three nights stay and is rented at a rate of 20% of the non-prime weekly rate per night. Check-in Thursday at 5:00 pm (if there is not a weekly rental the previous week) and check-out by 12:00 noon on Sunday; or, check-in Friday at 5:00 pm and check-out by 12:00 noon on Monday.
WATERCRAFT RENTALS
• 18 ft. Pontoon – 28hp Evenrud – $350/wk (40% deposit $140wk) (includes 12 gallons of premixed gas and life vests)
• 20 ft. pontoon – 28hp Johnson – $450/wk (40% deposit $180/wk) (includes 12 gallons of premixed gas and life vests)
• Coleman canoe with paddles & life vests – $75/wk (40% deposit $30/wk)
• 14 ft. Northwood aluminum boat with ores - $75/wk (40% deposit $30/wk) (rated for 15 hp motor)
During NON-PRIME WEEKS, watercraft are available to rent for the length of time the cabin is rented at a rate of 20% of the weekly rate per day. It is recommended that the above watercraft be reserved ahead of time to ensure availability. Life preservers are included with rental equal to the number of persons renting the cabin.
DETAILS
Once the dates have been cleared, you will be “penciled-in” until a reservation deposit equal to 40% of the weekly rate per rental week is received to make your reservation official (refer to the above rental rates). The check MUST be received within five (5) business days or your name will be taken off the reservation calendar. Deposits are refundable with a 45-day cancellation notice.
A confirmation letter, rental agreement and check-in information will then be mailed with instructions. The remaining rental amount plus a $500 damage deposit is due one week prior to check-in. The damage deposit is completely refundable – provided, of course, there is no damage other then normal wear and tear!
Please note: the rental demand is high, so our policy is “first check received, first-served” for given dates. If we have not received your deposit check within five business days and another party is interested in your dates, we will consider those dates available.
Small housebroke well-trained dogs permitted/NO cats. There is a $10/day fee per dog.
