Being only 35 feet from water’s edge with an approximate eight foot elevation, the large deck/patio of this 1500+ square foot four-bedroom lake home, provides excellent views of Mallard Lake. Just a few steps down a wooden walkway there are steps to your private dock/pier. Relax in the four-season porch surrounded by windows with views of the lake and woods. The country-style kitchen has a wall of full-length windows and a full-view door leading to the patio/deck. The Master bedroom also has a wall of windows which wrap around each corner of the room, allowing you to lie in you king size bed viewing the lake just outside. This lake home is nestled on 195 feet of secluded lake shore and has a private 40 ft. dock/pier for parking a boat, pontoon and for fishing.
This lake home is fully furnished, including linens and towels. It is ideally designed for two families or one larger extended family or group. There are two bedrooms on one end of the home and two on the other with the living room, kitchen and bathroom in between. The home comfortably sleeps 8 in four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed while the other bedroom on that end of the cabin has a “trundle” bed that pulls out to make two twins or, with an overlay foam mattress pad, it becomes a king size bed if desired . The two bedrooms on the other end of the cabin have a queen-size bed in one and a double bed in the other. In addition, the four season porch has a twin bed that you can lounge on by day or sleep on at night. There is also two queen-size hide-a-beds in the living room and an “Aero” bed available for guests or children.
The cabin offers plenty of space for family and friends to relax and enjoy Northwoods living any season of the year. Take a swim in the crystal clear lake with a hard sand bottom; fish on one of Wisconsin’s excellent fishing lakes – Mallard Lake; golf at a nearby course, shop, hike, bike, play at the Saint Croix Casino in Danbury or watch a movie at the 6-plex theater in Siren.
